The pizza restaurant has signed seven locations throughout California since 2022.
Sacramento, CA (RestaurantNews.com) California-based pizza sensation Seniore’s Pizza is rapidly expanding across the state thanks to several consecutive agreements executed in Q1 of 2023.
The brand, known for its fast delivery, low fat spicy chicken wings, and delicious pizza, now has franchise locations in East Palo Alto, Oakland, Elk Grove, and Pacific Beach. Ghassan Ibrahim has signed for the unit in Oakland and Ziad Eid now owns Seniore’s Pizza’s Elk Grove location. Nabil Mohamed and Aidroos Saeed own a new store in the East Palo Alto area. Finally, the Pacific Beach location, which is Seniore’s Pizza’s very first location in SoCal, is owned by Armin and Elizabeth Eberhard.
The Sacramento location, which was Seniore’s Pizza’s first franchise store, signed last year. Maroan Jaber, owner and founder of Seniore’s Pizza, is leading the charge for expansion together with his team.
“We are really very excited where we are taking things with Seniore’s and Maroan has really been the backbone of our growth. Our Sacramento location is exceeding our expectations,” stated Nadar Awadalla, Seniore’s Pizza’s CFO.
A new location is coming soon to Tracey and San Diego, California as the team works through the site selection process. Over the course of the next year, Jaber is seeking to continue to vet new franchise buyers, while carefully curating his franchise network to produce the same consistent quality that the brand is known for.
“Growth is going fast and we are working to control that growth at the same time because we want to make sure they are successful just like our Sacramento location,” stated Jaber. “These next three locations we are very focused on in order to make sure they grow as our first one did. Once these are operating at peak efficiency, our plan is to take on another group of franchisees.”
The brand offers its franchisees ongoing operational and marketing support. Comprehensive plus refresher training is also included in all franchise agreements.
